B2ST’s Doojoon doesn’t regret the group’s new transformation

B2ST made their hot comeback on KBS‘ ‘Music Bank‘ on the 27th, and their leader Doojoon shared, “I think this transformation suits us well.”

During a phone call with OSEN on the 27th, Doojoon laughed as he said, “Honestly, I was worried because Kikwang is the only sexy member from B2ST.” He continued, “But I think this transformation suits us well. The members’ personalities don’t match with being serious, so I think this song is well suited for us.”

Through their new song “Beautiful Night“, B2ST dropped their signature clean choreography and sad lyricism to try out the new ‘wild oppa’ image with carefree stage manner and fancy styling.  They explained that their new song reflected some of the ways of communicating with the audience that they learned during their performances overseas. Despite the agency’s plans for them to comeback with a more mainstream-geared song, the member revealed that they opposed to idea and decided on “Beautiful Night” instead.

Doojoon shared,”Honestly, there were many worries. We were concerned about it, but we don’t regret our decision. The outcomes may not be as great as those in the past, but it’s hundred times more fun. I don’t know what the future holds but I think a transformation is necessary.”

BoA and TVXQ’s Yunho perform “Only One” on ‘BoA4354′

BoA has made a grand return to the Korean music scene with her comeback show, ‘BoA4354‘, which was just aired through SBS.

One performance in particular that the fans had been awaiting was the stage for her title track, “Only One“, as it would showcase not only her flawless dance skills, but TVXQ Yunho‘s as well!

As reported previously, Yunho joined the beautiful singer as her dance partner, and the two pulled off the complex choreography of the song, showing off their perfect teamwork.

December promises a street performance if swimmer Park Tae Hwan wins gold in the ’2012 London Olympics’

Vocal group December has announced their support for swimmer Park Tae Hwan in the ‘2012 London Olympics‘ by revealing a special event.
On July 27th, the duo tweeted, “We’re really excited now that the Olympics have finally begun. We’re personally fans of Park Tae Hwan, so should he wins a gold medal, we’ll sing live on a busy street. We love sports so we’ll probably spend our time watching all of the matches and giving them our support on days without schedules.”
An abundance of stars have been showing their support for the Korean athletes such as Yoon Do Hyun, Yoo Se Yoon, Tony An, and much more.

3,000 fans welcome EXO’s first visit to Thailand

EXO was reported to have received an ecstatic response from their Thai fans on their first visit to the country.

EXO-M arrived on July 26th, with EXO-K following the next day on the 27th. A total of over 3,000 fans were said to have gathered at the airport on the two days to welcome the boys into the country.

EXO-M kicked off their activities by making an appearance on a popular variety program, ‘ching100, ching1,000,000‘ that often records over 75% in viewer ratings. The boys got an opportunity to introduce themselves and participate in fun games with other Thai celebrities.

The show has been in broadcast for 24 years now and EXO-M was given the honor of being the first international artist to guest on the show, once again demonstrating the group’s rising popularity worldwide.

Both EXO-M and EXO-K reunited as EXO on the 27th with an appearance on ‘Amazing Thursday‘ where they showed off their various charms and captivated the hearts of the 1,200 fans that showed up in the pre-recording. The show will air through Ch.9 on the 30th.

EXO performed “MAMA” and “History“, along with special Thai commentary and personal talent shows.

Up until the 29th, the members will be participating in various radio appearances, interviews, fan signings, and mini lives.

2PM’s Wooyoung reveals that KARA’s Jiyoung is popular among male idols

2PM‘s Wooyoung revealed that KARA‘s Jiyoung is liked by many male idols.

During the recent filming of KBS‘ ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, Jiyoung said, “I don’t have much dating experience,” which prompted Wooyoung to respond, “Jiyoung is immensely popular among the guys around me,” drawing much interest from the other cast members.

Wooyoung added, “People around me talk a lot about Jiyoung. I think they like her cute and innocent image.”

However, after hearing his compliment, Jiyoung made the others laugh as she responded, “I’m not that innocent. I know everything I need to know.”

‘Invincible Youth 2′ with guest star Wooyoung will air on the 28th at 5:05 pm KST.

T-ara’s Jiyeon becomes jealous of Suzy and IU’s date

miss A Suzy‘s and IU have been spending a lot of time together like the close friends they are, but like in many cases when there are three best friends involved, it seems one individual has been feeling a little left out!

Having kept an eye on the interactions between her two best friends, T-ara‘s Jiyeon couldn’t hide her jealously when it was discovered that Suzy and IU had shared another lunch date recently.

After photos of IU and Suzy enjoying each other’s company during a lunch outing began to spread, Jiyeon tweeted a message to Suzy, asking, “Kekeke.. are you only going to eat a meal with cutie Ji Eun [IU]!?!? What about me, me!!!!”

In attempts to quench Jiyeon’s jealousy, Suzy tweeted back, “I’m going to stop eating with Ji Eun [IU] unni. I’m going to alternate, and eat with you now unni.”

The pleased T-ara member couldn’t hide her joy while taking a cute stab at IU, commenting, “Yes, come to me. Ji Eun [IU] seems to eat well by herself.”
